Duda: The missiles were fired by the air defense of Ukraine

Polish Prime Minister Andrzej Duda has stated today that the missiles that fell on the territory of Poland last night, were probably “fired by the air defense of Ukraine”.

Duda said that Poland is still analyzing the possibility of activating Article 4 of NATO, but according to him, it seems that it will not be necessary to use this measure.

Duda stressed that there are no indications that the rocket explosion in Poland that killed two people “was a deliberate attack”, describing it more as an unfortunate accident.

Meanwhile, American President Joe Biden said today that “it is unlikely” that the missiles were fired from Russia.

We recall that last night two rockets fell in the Polish village of Przewodow, which is located only six kilometers from the border with Ukraine.

On the other hand, the NATO ambassadors are holding the extraordinary session, where the fall of missiles on the territory of the NATO member state is being discussed.
