Russia, worse than ISIS, massacred civilians in Bucha.
Ukraine’s foreign minister has announced that Russian troops have executed Ukrainian civilians as they were withdrawing from various regions – expressing their outrage.
Dmytro Kuleba described Russia as “worse than ISIS”, stressing that the Russian army had massacred civilians in Bucha.
“We understand that they killed civilians while they were leaving, withdrawing, but also while they were staying in Bucha and other cities in key regions, but they did not have any reason for that. They were not guerrillas, they did not oppose them. “Russia is worse than ISIS,” he said.
Kuleba has admitted that they are gathering evidence for the international court, which will be presented as evidence against Russia for crime and genocide against Ukrainian civilians.
