Oil depots in Bryansk, Russia are on fire.

A fire broke out in the early hours of this morning in oil depots in the Russian city of Bryansk, Russian news agencies report – citing statements by emergency services, which did not provide details.

So far there has been no sign that the fire has anything to do with the war in Ukraine, despite Russian officials last week saying Ukrainian helicopters had hit several buildings.

Bryansk is the administrative center 154 kilometers northeast of the border with Ukraine – near the Sumy and Chernihiv regions and about 380 kilometers from Moscow – the capital of Russia.

Witnesses to the incident say they heard loud explosions before the fire, but such a thing has not been confirmed yet, nor what kind of explosion it is.

Recall that Russia began its occupation of Ukraine on February 24 and so far has not spared anyone – by bombing schools, hospitals and theaters.

Even in Bucha are accused of committing massacres and genocide on Ukrainian civilians, who were besieged since the beginning of the occupation of Ukraine.
