Fire

Huge flames and smoke were seen rising into the air over St Petersburg, Russia.

A video shared on social networks shows a fire that engulfed the factory of the agricultural machinery manufacturer “Belarus MTZ”.

Local sources say that two people died at the scene.

It follows a number of fires across Russia over the past month, which have been attributed to anti-war rebels.

Similar fires have broken out at a Russian oil plant in Eastern Siberia, a factory in Barnaul and a shopping mall in Moscow.

The cause of the fire in St. Petersburg is still unknown while investigations have begun after the fire was extinguished.
