The British Ministry of Defense buys quantum computer.

The Ministry of Defense becomes the first department in the British government to purchase the first quantum computer.

Quantum computers can make very complex calculations in very fast time, and the manufacturers of this computer say that it can solve problems that cannot be solved by a normal computer.

The Ministry of Defense will work with the company Orca Computing on the possibility of developing applications for quantum defense technology.

Stethpen Till from the Defense Science and Technology Laboratory at the Ministry of Defense called this a “historic moment.”

The computers we have in our homes and workplaces process data in bytes, the binary value of which is equal to only zero or one.

While quantum computers use a dual-function unit for data processing, this unit is called a quabyte.

This unit can display digits as one or zero all the time through a quantum mechanical process called “superposition”, enabling quantum computers to link binary digits and solve problems and uncertainties that cannot be solved by ordinary computers.
