Citizens win the Manchester Derby.
Manchester City won the derby against Manchester United 4-1 in the 28th week of the Premier League.
After only five minutes of play, Citizens took the lead with a goal scored by Kevin de Bruyne, with Bernardo Silva being the assistant.
The Red Devils recovered quickly and equalized in the 22nd minute with a goal from Jadon Sancho, while Paul Pogba was in the role of assistant.
Their party lasted only six minutes, when De Bruyne (28 ‘) came on the scene again, to score the second goal in this match and return the lead.
The first half ended with these three goals scored, while in the second half was just as entertaining as the first one.
In the 68th minute, De Bruyne was involved again, but now as an assistant, crossing from the corner for Riyad Mahrez, who beat David de Gea with a volley.
Until the end, City did not stop and scored the fourth goal through Mahrez (90 + 3), for the final result, 4-1.
After the 28th week, Manchester City continues to be the leader with 69 points, while United at 47 points has come out of the top four and now is behind Arsenal who has 48 points.
