Sergei Shoigu: We will have a new Soviet Union.
A video of Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu addressing Russia’s military and political leaders went viral on social media.
Ukrainian diplomat Oleksander Scherba also shared the video on Twitter.
“All this is only temporary. Things will be fine again. We will have a new Soviet Union, big and strong. There will be peace again. No one will leave,” said Shoigu.
“For those who think that all this is happening because NATO has gone too far – are you listening?”, Scherba wrote on social networks.
We emphasize that the Russian minister urgently traveled to Ukraine a week ago, where he met with military officials.
Otherwise, Russia has continued today with bombings, causing casualties and material damage.
