BREAKING: SPD Leader's Border Control Plan SHATTERED - Constitutional Crisis Unfolds!

In a recent interview with Politico, SPD faction leader Dirk Wiese expressed strong reservations about the proposals put forth by Friedrich Merz, a member of the Union. According to Wiese, the suggested border controls would not stand up to legal scrutiny. “What Friedrich Merz has put on the table is not compatible with our constitution and European law” he stated. “What he proposes will be struck down in court within two weeks.”

Wiese emphasized that the SPD’s response to migration policy lies in implementing the common European asylum and refugee policy at the national level. He also highlighted the importance of passing the security laws rejected by the Union in the Bundesrat, alongside the implementation of the Federal Police Act, which would genuinely contribute to making Germany a safer country.
