Those who consider the Apple iPad Pro models not big enough will have to wait until 2024 to buy larger versions.
Analyst Ross Young claims that Apple is working on larger iPad Pro models, but the difference won’t be that big.
We are talking about the 11.1 and 13-inch iPad Pro OLED, which may arrive in the first quarter of next year.
The current iPad Pro models come in two sizes, 11 and 12.9-inches. Considering the small difference in size, it can be said that the upcoming model will not have a larger frame, but Apple will certainly increase the screen by making the frame a little thinner to give it more screen space.
However, the main difference between the “old” and new iPad Pro models will be the screen technology. Currently the 11-inch uses an LCD screen, while the 12.9-inch iPad Pro will have a mini-LED screen.
Young claims that larger versions of the tablet will feature OLED screens. iPad OLED screens have been rumored for a long time, but DigiTimes reports that mini-LED display makers are focusing on the automotive industry in light of Apple’s switch to OLED.
