The head of intelligence for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Majid Khademi, was killed during an airstrike, according to an announcement released by the IRGC on Monday via the Tasnim news agency. The statement indicated that he was killed “at dawn” during an attack involving the US and Israel. Initially, neither the Israeli nor the US sides provided immediate confirmation of this report, though Israeli military forces had previously reported a new wave of attacks targeting Tehran. Numerous high-ranking officials of the Mullah regime have been killed since the outbreak of the Iran War at the end of February, including the Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
