Greens Advance Ahead of CDU in Baden-Württemberg State Election Polls

On average they are projected at 31.8 percent, followed by the CDU at 29.8 percent. The AfD trails in a smaller gap with an average of 17.8 percent.
The SPD is close to the parliamentary threshold with 5.5 percent, while the Left and the FDP, each polling around 4.5 percent, are unlikely to surpass the 5 percent barrier. Other parties together average 6.3 percent.

These numbers come from post‑election surveys carried out on Sunday at the polling stations by Infratest (for ARD) and the Forschungsgruppe Wahlen (for ZDF).
