At least 68 people have died after a pedestrian bridge collapsed in the western Indian state of Gujarat.
Hundreds of people drowned in the Macchu River in Morbi town.
Reports say that around 400 people were on the bridge when it collapsed. The incident comes only a few days after the bridge was reopened after repairs, while the causes of the bridge collapse remain unclear.
More than 80 people have been rescued, said Brijesh Merja, a state minister.
The bridge was built during the British rule of India in the 19th century and is a popular tourist attraction in the area.
Local authorities say there were more than enough people on the bridge.
