The electric crossover from Tesla Model Y seems to be a very popular car, as over 10,000 Germans bought it in September alone.
The sale of new cars in Germany during September has increased by 17 percent, compared to the same month last year.
In total, 224,816 new cars were registered in this European country. Despite this, in the first nine months, Germans bought 7.4 percent fewer cars than in the same period last year.
During the January-September period of this year, new owners put 1,867,885 new cars in their garages.
Meanwhile, in September, the sale of electric and plug-in hybrid cars increased (where a total of 72,725 units were sold), where their sale increased by 29 percent.
