The Ukrainian military has announced that more than 200 Russian soldiers have so far surrendered because they do not want to fight and are ignoring Vladimir Putin’s partial mobilization.
This is not to the liking of Putin, who has even ordered the closing of borders with neighboring countries, fearing that all those mobilized may flee and not respond to the invitation to war in Ukraine.
Kiev has published footage of some Russian soldiers surrendering to the Ukrainians, and many others who have mobilized have called a special line for Ukrainians “I want to live”, through which they are guaranteed to be treated according to international conventions if they refuse to fight.
Russian soldiers are seen dropping their weapons on the ground and being handcuffed by the Ukrainians, who repeatedly tell them not to worry as they will keep their word.
Inside the team of this special line that was opened by the Ukrainians, they show that the number of Russian reservists who are refusing to go to war is increasing day by day and that they prove this from the ground.
On the other hand, after the explosion of the bridge in Crimea that connects the Crimean peninsula with the rest of Ukraine and Russia, it has caused the Russian army to increase its presence for fear that something similar could happen again.
