This year’s Dota 2 video game international is expected to be held in Singapore, where the world’s best teams will compete.
A little more than a month is left until the start of the biggest tournament, The International, which last year distributed prizes worth about 40 million dollars.
Despite this record, it seems that this year The International will not be able to break a new record, since the amount collected so far is about 10 million dollars, and there are a little more than 30 days left until the start of the tournament.
While all previous TI editions had pre-released the Battle Pass, and the community had approximately 4 months to contribute to the prize pool, this year Valve has made a drastic change of plans by releasing the Battle Pass in two parts and running only 25% from the first leg buy-in to go into The International 2022 prize pool.
This year’s The International will begin on October 15 and will last a total of 15 days.
