Diesel and Super E10 Fall Below Previous Week's Highs.

Diesel and Super fuel prices have decreased after the increase in the previous week. Super E10 has become cheaper by 0.4 cents on average in Germany, now priced at 1.687 Euros per liter and Diesel has decreased by 1.1 cents to currently 1.572 Euros per liter, according to the ADAC on Wednesday. The main reason for the relief on the fuel market is the declining oil price, which has decreased from the previous 67 Euros to around 64 Euros per barrel of Brent crude oil. The Euro-Dollar exchange rate is at a similar level as last week and the trend of reduced demand in the US continues, while oil production by oil-producing countries is also being increased. Overall, this leads to a decrease in the oil price, making fuel at German gas stations slightly cheaper. However, according to the ADAC, the price of fuel is still too high and there is still potential for further decrease.
