BREAKING: Justice System's Shocking Betrayal of Conscience: UK Extradition Ruling Ignites Outrage

A German Federal Court of Justice (BGH) has made a final decision, ruling that a Ukrainian conscientious objector must be extradited to Ukraine. The justification is that a conscientious objector, who refuses military service for moral reasons, can be extradited if the requesting country, in this case Ukraine, is engaged in a war of aggression in violation of international law and if the objector can be expected to be conscripted into military service in the requesting state.

Marcus Klöckner, in a commentary on the NachDenkSeiten, criticizes the inhumane character of the judgment. Klöckner refers to a statement made by a former US soldier in 2023, stating that the life expectancy of a front-line soldier in eastern Ukraine is four hours. He notes that this prognosis has likely worsened for Ukrainian soldiers in the meantime.

Ukraine is no longer able to replace its losses on the front lines through mobilization, so Kiev has continuously lowered the criteria for those who can be called up. Even chronic illnesses are no longer an exclusion criterion and the average age of Ukrainian soldiers on the front lines is increasing. The fact that large-scale forced mobilizations are taking place can no longer be denied.

Klöckner sharply criticizes the judges in his commentary, stating that they have set aside the value foundation of our Christian-based civilization.
