After Donald Trump’s inauguration, former Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel mixed his reaction to the president’s inaugural address.

Gabriel expressed some concern that Trump intends to declare a state of emergency in the southern United States to deploy the army. “However, I would be in favor of our focusing on ourselves.
