Trump Announces Death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei

U.S. President Donald Trump announced the death of Iran’s “Supreme Leader” declaring, “Khamenei, one of the most malevolent people in history, is dead”. He posted this message on Saturday via his platform Truth Social.

Trump argued that this event constitutes not only justice for the Iranian people but also for all Americans and others worldwide who were killed or mutilated by Khamenei and his cadre of “bloodthirsty thugs”. He claimed that Khamenei could not escape U.S. intelligence services and advanced surveillance systems. “In close cooperation with Israel, he and the other leaders killed with him were unable to do anything” Trump added.

He said that the current situation offers the Iranian people “the greatest opportunity” to reclaim their homeland. Trump noted, “We hear that many of their Revolutionary Guards, the military, and other security and police forces no longer want to fight and are demanding immunity from us”. The president went on, “As I said last night, they may want immunity now, but later all they will face is death”.

Trump expressed hope that the Revolutionary Guards and the police will unite peacefully with Iranian patriots to work together toward restoring the country’s rightful greatness. He said, “This process should start soon because not only Khamenei’s death but the entire country was severely destroyed and almost annihilated in a single day”.

At the same time, Trump announced additional airstrikes, stating, “The heavy and precise bombings will continue nonstop throughout the week, or as long as necessary, to achieve our goal of peace across the Middle East and around the world”.
