Karlsruher’s defense struggled throughout the period, and they managed only a single penalty kick in the 41st minute when Mohamed Ali Zoma gave the home side a brief comeback before the break.

The second half saw Nürnberg continue to dominate. Zoma added two more goals in the 50th and 65th minutes, while Karlsruher could only find the back of the net through a penalty awarded to Marvin Wanitzek in the 58th minute.

After the win, Nürnberg climbs to eighth place in the table, while Karlsruher drops to tenth. Nürnberg’s next game is scheduled for Friday in Bochum, and the away side will face Kiel the following day.
