German Fuel Prices Flat Mid‑February as Week‑over‑Week Stagnates

Fuel prices in Germany have remained largely unchanged compared with the previous week. According to the latest ADAC survey, a liter of Super E10 averages €1.758 nationwide, an increase of 0.4 cents. Diesel is 0.5 cents cheaper, with a national average of €1.711.

Brent crude has fallen by roughly $2 since last week, trading around $67 a barrel. The euro has slipped slightly against the dollar, fluctuating between $1.18 and $1.19. Despite the lower oil price, Super E10 has not dropped noticeably.

The price gap between gasoline and diesel has widened a touch but remains modest, at 4.7 cents, even though diesel incurs about 20 cents less in taxes.
