The income ceiling for eligibility is set at €80,000 of taxable household annual income, rising by €5,000 for each child. Households earning up to €60,000 receive an additional €1,000 on top of the base subsidy, and those earning up to €45,000 receive another €1,000. Applications can be submitted retroactively once the online portal launches in May 2026.
