Initial power restoration efforts are underway following a major electrical failure that plunged significant portions of Berlin into darkness. Responsibility for the attack has been claimed by the “Vulkangruppe” a group classified as left-wing extremist and with a history of similar incidents. While authorities have previously acknowledged the group’s prior claims, state security agencies are currently verifying the authenticity of the latest confession letter.
