In the Sunday trend compiled each week for “Bild am Sonntag”, the AfD has gained a full percentage point in the Insa poll and now sits side‑by‑side with the CDU/CSU at 26 % each. The SPD has slipped one point to 14 %, its lowest level in the Sunday trend since mid‑January 2026. The Greens remain steady at 12 %, while Die Linke holds at 11 %. Bündnis Sahra Wagenknecht and the FDP each record 3 %, a result that would keep them out of parliament. Other parties together total 5 %.

The poll was carried out by Insa with 1,205 participants between 23 and 27 March 2026 (TOM). Respondents were asked: “If the federal election were held this Sunday, how would you vote?”
