Munich Regional Court has postponed five days of hearings in the ongoing Wirecard trial Dates affected include September 17th, 18th, 22nd and 25th, as well as October 9th, the court announced Tuesday
The postponements are intended to allow all parties involved additional time for the review of extensive case files These files, known as “self-reading lists” currently comprise 1,854 items consisting of complex documentation, with the volume expected to increase significantly According to the court, all three defendants have indicated they are not yet far advanced in their review of the materials
