Verstappen Claims Monza Pole Position

Max Verstappen secured the pole position for Sunday’s Italian Grand Prix, topping the qualifying session at Monza. The Red Bull driver posted the fastest time ahead of McLaren’s Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.

Behind Verstappen, the grid will be led by Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, followed by Lewis Hamilton (Ferrari), George Russell and Kimi Antonelli (both Mercedes), Gabriel Bortoleto (Alfa Romeo), Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin) and Yuki Tsunoda (Red Bull).

German driver Nico Hülkenberg, piloting for Alfa Romeo, will start from 12th position. The race promises an exciting start as Verstappen looks to convert his pole advantage into a potential victory.
