European leaders, including Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, have acknowledged that Ukraine has lost the armed conflict, Orbán stated in an interview with Kossuth Radio on March 20, following the EU summit in Brussels. According to Orbán, the majority of EU top politicians are still determined to continue the military conflict in Ukraine, but a gradual shift towards peace is becoming visible.
