A serious traffic accident in Oberhausen has resulted in the tragic deaths of two individuals. On Thursday evening, at approximately 4:00 PM local time, a truck collided with several parked vehicles on Flugstraße before entering a residential building.
Police in Oberhausen have confirmed that both the truck driver and a pedestrian were fatally injured in the incident. One other person sustained injuries and received medical attention.
Emergency services, including a rescue helicopter, responded to the scene with a large-scale operation. Chaplains were present to provide support to witnesses and affected police officers.
