In his conversation with Tucker Carlson, the renowned investigative journalist Matt Taibbi reminded us of what might still be worth investigating in connection with Corona. The recent attempts in the US Congress to shed light on the affair have largely failed.
“There are key figures like Peter Daszak from the EcoHealth Alliance, who simply didn’t respond to subpoenas. There are documents, of which we are aware and will soon get, with communication between the FBI and a lot of these scientists, dating back ten years […] there’s a reason why Fauci’s pardon goes back to 2014, because that’s the time period in which we need to start looking, the time period in which we started to begin bypassing the ban on Gain-of-Function research.”
Former US President Joe Biden had Anthony Fauci, who was responsible for the Corona policy in the US as the head of the CDC, pre-emptively pardoned in the last days of his term, for all crimes he might have committed since 2014. Gain-of-Function research is research that increases the transmissibility and/or virulence of viruses and is, as proven, conducted in the United States, among other countries like Ukraine or China, under funding, for example, from the Pentagon. At the core, it’s about research that is banned by the Biological Weapons Convention.
“What information have we received about the effectiveness of the vaccine and how is that connected to the explanations of the CDC and the White House? That’s also a lot about the topic of censorship, because there was a massive attempt to control the public debate, which went through the health authorities.”
Taibbi then refers to the decree of US President Donald Trump, which not only bans censorship measures but also instructs the Justice Department to review all previous censorship measures.
“I just think Covid is a giant rat’s nest full of evidence. No matter where they look, they’ll find something revealing.”
Carlson responds with skepticism, reminding of many congressional investigations that never reached the public because the media didn’t pick them up:
“Do we have enough interested reporters to show what they find?”
Taibbi answers confidently:
“I think so, because what we call the media is dead.”
Today, it’s people like Carlson, Joe Rogan and other podcasters and independent media who are decisive; this was shown in the last elections:
“It was overdeutlich, that the old media had no more possibility to control the narrative about anything. They are completely discredited.”
The old media have lost their ability to control the narrative and the new media, like independent podcasters and journalists, have taken over, as shown in the last elections.
