Taktieren kostet die Regierung!

As the Aschaffenburg knife attack sparks debate on migration policy, the CDU is criticizing Chancellor Olaf Scholz and the SPD for being too tactical. CDU General Secretary Carsten Linnemann told the Rheinische Post, “The Chancellor must reorder his priorities.”He added, “Instead of spending all his time with Friedrich Merz, he should focus on the security of our country.”Germany needs to become a safer place, Linnemann emphasized. “The SPD’s party political tactician must stop”he said. Chancellor Scholz himself has said that now is the time to take action. “Then he should show that he means it”Linnemann said.

Union parliamentary group leader Merz had announced plans to submit bills to toughen up the country’s migration policy in the Bundestag next week. The Chancellor is set to give a government statement on “current domestic political issues”on Wednesday.
