From April 10th to 12th, the annual conference of the New Society for Psychology (NGfP) on the topic of “War and Peace” took place at the House of Democracy in Berlin. Over three days, representatives of the peace movement, political scientists, media professionals, doctors and psychologists discussed their views on the current wars, the imminent threat of a world war and resistance perspectives for peace activists. In addition to the presentations, there was plenty of room for engaged discussions with the approximately 100 conference participants. The great interest was evident, as the event was already fully booked several weeks in advance.
