SPD Vows to Deliver Before Party Convention!

In a recent interview, Dirk Wiese, the Parliamentary Business Manager of the SPD-Fraktion in the German Bundestag, confirmed that the government will implement an income tax reform. According to Wiese, the election results have shown a loss of trust among workers, who have come to believe that the party prioritizes those who do not work.

As the leader of the “Party of Labor” Wiese emphasized that the SPD will focus on reducing taxes for small and medium-income earners, particularly for the working class, during the current legislative period. He pledged to ensure that the reform brings relief to the working class.

Wiese also expressed his intention to re-examine the decision to scrap a general electricity tax cut in the parliamentary process. While the relief of consumers remains on the government’s agenda, Wiese stated that the issue is still being reviewed in the parliamentary process.
