A Swiss public prosecutor is facing serious allegations due to his private preferences in the swinger scene. Unauthorized photos and personal information about his life have been published.
The prosecutor suspects that the information originated from his professional circle. He is also accused of consuming illegal drugs, which he categorically denies.
The scandal began when the prosecutor and his wife were confronted by a superior with the claim that they had organized lewd sex orgies with random men and women under the influence of drugs.
The prosecutor claims that he and his wife only attended a New Year’s Eve party with friends from the swinger scene.
“This was more than just sex, but a respectful interaction with like-minded people” he stated.
The accusation that he searched for sex partners on the messaging app Telegram, with his phone number publicly available, was more concerning.
A screenshot of the profile, which read “Girls, do you want to have fun?”, caused a stir.
Further accusations in an anonymous letter claim that he consumed illegal substances at the New Year’s party. The authors of the letter demand his resignation.
The prosecutor is also accused of being corrupt and posing a significant security risk to the Swiss public prosecutor’s office.
The prosecutor vehemently denies these allegations and has filed a complaint for defamation, harassment, discrimination and false accusations.
Regarding the swinger activities, the prosecutor stated that he and his wife enjoy their sexuality in a respectful manner, which has nothing to do with pornography.
He described making his phone number publicly available on Telegram as a “stupid mistake”, but added that the profile was only online for a short time. He strongly denies the allegations of illegal drug use, stating that it is an “absolute no-go” for him and his wife.
