Berlin Administrative Court Rules Against Asylum Denial, CDU Criticizes Pro Asyl

In a recent development, the Berlin Administrative Court has deemed the rejection of three Somalian asylum seekers as unlawful, prompting the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) to level severe accusations against the organization Pro Asyl. Alexander Throm, the CDU’s parliamentary group’s interior policy spokesperson, told the Bild newspaper that while it is one thing to advocate for refugees within the country, it is a different matter altogether to knowingly support illegal border crossings.

Throm warned that the Federal Police must now conduct a thorough investigation to determine how the border crossings occurred and whether any illegal actions were taken by supporters of the asylum seekers, particularly in cases where individuals, as seen in this instance, are misusing the concept of hybrid warfare.

Throm went on to say that anyone who brings such refugees to Germany, despite knowing the circumstances, is essentially acting as a pawn for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
