Musiala Suffers Broken Leg

FC Bayern Munich has confirmed a significant injury sustained by attacking player Jamal Musiala during the Club World Cup quarter-final match against Paris Saint-Germain in the United States.

According to examinations conducted by the German champions’ medical team, Musiala suffered a fractured tibia alongside an ankle dislocation. The 22-year-old player was transported from Orlando to Munich on Sunday morning and is expected to undergo surgery soon.

“This serious injury and the resulting absence are a real shock for Jamal and all of us” stated Sporting Director Max Eberl. “This is a significant blow for FC Bayern. Everyone knows how immensely important Jamal is to our game and the central role he plays in our team.

Eberl further emphasized the human impact of the situation, noting that Musiala was recently returning from a previous injury and now faces another lengthy period sidelined. “He will receive everything he needs from us. We will accompany him intensively and stand by his side”. The club expressed their full support for the player during his recovery.
