Illusionist Chris Ehrlich has acknowledged a series of quirks in his personality, including occasionally addressing his crew regarding personal habits. In a recent interview with the “Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung” Ehrlich stated that he often reminds members of his team about the importance of health, particularly regarding smoking, saying, “If people from our crew smoke – and of course many do – then I’m the one who keeps reminding them: ‘Hey, just think about it, is that good for your health’.
These distinctive traits extend to his brother, Andreas, as well. Ehrlich revealed that he personally arranges Andreas’s attire before performances, explaining the need to maintain a polished image, stating, “Otherwise, it would be a disaster.
However, Ehrlich clarified that while he’s meticulous about presentation on stage, he’s less concerned with appearances in his private life. “I’m not going to say I’m unpretentious, but privately, I might even wander around in sandals sometimes. But without socks”.
