German Football Club Confirms Coaching Duo for Upcoming Season
The German second-division football club, SpVgg Greuther Fürth, has announced that Thomas Kleine and Milorad Pekovic will continue to lead the team as coach and co-coach, respectively, for the upcoming season. The announcement was made on Monday.
According to the club’s sport director, Stephan Fürstner, the duo successfully guided the team through the season finale in a challenging situation, bringing the team across the finish line. “Both of them managed to bring our team to the finish line” Fürstner stated.
The coaching duo has expressed their plans for the new season, with Kleine emphasizing the team’s intention to work on a bold playing style from the first day of training. Pekovic highlighted the effective collaboration between the two, stating, “We quickly came together in the decisive weeks.”
The pre-season training is set to begin on June 25, marking the start of the new campaign.
