After the public disagreements with Bavarian Prime Minister and CSU leader Markus Söder, Schleswig-Holstein’s Prime Minister Daniel Günther (CDU) has called for the Union to be united. “The less we think about the time after the election, the more we talk about how we first achieve a good election result, the better” Günther told the “Rheinische Post” (Saturday edition) on the sidelines of the Union’s board meeting in Hamburg. He is advocating for “the Union to move forward as a united front.
