Goalkeeper Sustains Concussion in Match, Future Uncertain

Kevin Müller, the goalkeeper of 1. FC Heidenheim, sustained a concussion during the Bundesliga home game against VfL Bochum. This was confirmed by examinations at the Klinikum Heidenheim, as announced by the club on Saturday. Müller became unconscious after a collision with Bochum’s Ibrahima Sissoko in the 50th minute. He required medical treatment and was subsequently transported on a stretcher. The length of time Kevin Müller will be out of action is currently uncertain.
