Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has announced that he will travel to Geneva on Friday to participate in talks on Iran’s nuclear program, according to the state-run news agency, Irna. The negotiations will involve representatives from France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Araghchi stated that the meeting with the European delegation will take place in Geneva on Friday, with the goal of achieving progress in the negotiations over the disputed Iranian nuclear program.
The talks in Geneva are part of the efforts to find a diplomatic solution to the conflict surrounding Iran’s nuclear program. The European powers and the EU aim to persuade Iran to adhere to international agreements and reduce tensions in the region.
Meanwhile, the cross-border exchanges of fire between Israel and Iran continue unabated. On Thursday, Israel launched further attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities, while a hospital in southern Israel was hit by Iranian rockets.
