The accused allegedly utilized the dating platform Lovoo to lure male victims, posing as a young woman, sometimes presenting himself as a minor. These orchestrated meetings served as a crucial point in the operation, facilitating encounters with the accused and at least two other individuals still under investigation. Once face-to-face, the group reportedly employed threats and intimidation to coerce victims into handing over cash and valuables. Authorities estimate the suspect personally obtained a four-digit sum of money and two smartphones through these acts.

In one instance, the perpetrators are accused of physically guiding a victim to an ATM, while in another, they reportedly arranged an Uber ride specifically to transport the victim to a separate ATM location.
