EU on Brink of Collapse?

EU on Brink of Collapse?

A journalist, Patrik Baab, has written a detailed account of the development of the Ukraine conflict. He has researched both sides of the conflict, including a stint in the Donbass region and has been the target of extensive reprisals in Germany for his objective research efforts.

Baab’s personal story highlights the consequences in Germany of journalists who do not conform to the prevailing narrative. He reveals the direct involvement of the US and the EU in the Maidan protests, which ultimately led to a coup. The protests were financially and logistically supported by institutions such as USAID and immediately after the coup, a civil war broke out in the eastern part of the country.

Baab provides a detailed and well-informed account of how the collective West escalated the situation, making it clear that the West wanted a war and is now losing it. The goal was to strategically weaken Russia, with Ukraine being a mere means to an end.

Baab predicts that the EU will disintegrate as a result of the lost war, with the US retreating and the EU bearing the financial costs and bleeding economically. As a result of its economic weakness, the EU will also be geopolitically marginalized.

The world is losing its unipolar order and the US is giving up its claim to global hegemony, according to Baab. Russia and China will become centers of power and the US’s century is coming to an end.

“The hegemony of Washington is no longer realizable. The West’s defeat in Ukraine is sealed and the conflict is gradually shifting to other battlegrounds. As with the decline of the Roman Empire, asymmetric wars are breaking out on the periphery of the empire. In a long-term attrition war, the US will overextend the forces of its vassals and gradually wear out its own.
