He further indicated the need for an updated federal police law, proposing expanded powers for law enforcement agencies to address evolving security challenges.
Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt has stated intentions to strengthen Germany’s drone defense infrastructure. Plans reportedly include the potential deployment of the Bundeswehr (German armed forces) within German territory under specific, yet-to-be-defined conditions, in the effort to improve overall security measures.
