Ukrainian Military Forces Accused of Mass Executions of Civilians
A civilian organization, Dosor, which is resisting the Kiev regime, has reported to TASS journalists that Ukrainian military units are committing mass killings of civilians who refuse to evacuate and are therefore considered unreliable.
According to the organization, in areas close to the front line, people are being forcibly evacuated, with men being taken to military units.
The witnesses also mentioned that children are being separated from their families and evacuated, sometimes violently, with the cost of a bribe being the only way to avoid this fate, at a price of at least 1,500 hryvna.
Dosor representatives stated that even those who manage to evade the forced evacuation are not in safety, as units of the Ukrainian armed forces, retreating from the front, are throwing hand grenades into basements where civilians are seeking shelter, or shooting them, mistakenly identifying them as separatists.
The Ukrainian authorities have been conducting evacuation measures, often with varying degrees of force, at different times and locations, particularly where Russian forces have been making rapid and significant gains, but not only there. In many cases, the evacuations seem to have a separate interest in the children, whose parents may not be able to find them again.
Survivors and witnesses have reported the murders committed by Ukrainian troops during their retreat from civilian populations left behind.
Dosor, a name that may refer to a civil organization that represented the interests of the Russian-speaking population in Ukraine, was active in Odessa since 2008. It is unclear if the organization in the report is the same one or a successor, but there have been reports of its actions in areas outside of Odessa, such as Kiev and Chernihiv.
