On the international “Tesla Takedown” action day, around 15 people gathered in Zurich to protest against Tesla founder Elon Musk. The protest was directed against Musk’s alleged undermining of democracy and his influence on US politics. The movement called for a boycott of Tesla products, such as selling stocks and participating in strikes. The protesters accused Musk of endangering democratic structures worldwide with his wealth. The protest action, which took place in several countries, was accompanied by the police and lasted about one and a half hours. A Tesla customer was unimpressed and defended the brand, while other protesters reported extreme and aggressive slogans.
