At least five people were killed and five others were injured in a shooting at a Christian school in Madison. Several US media outlets are reporting the incident, citing the police.
Among the dead at the “Abundant Life” school in the state of Wisconsin is the juvenile suspect in the shooting. Authorities have also closed schools in the community due to further threats.
Police medics from Madison, who were training a few kilometers away from the crime scene, arrived quickly to help, according to local Police Chief Shon Barnes. The authorities initially did not release details on the victims.
