On the 6th matchday of the Champions League group phase, FC Barcelona won 2:3 against Borussia Dortmund. Barcelona now sits in second place, while the BVB fell back to 9th.

The Spaniards were clearly the better team, but the Dortmund defense was strong. Raphinha scored in the 53rd minute to put Barcelona ahead, before Serhou Guirassy equalized with a converted penalty in the 60th minute. Ferran Torres scored for Barcelona in the 75th minute, only for Guirassy to equalize again in the 78th minute, before Torres scored the 3:2 in the 85th minute.

In the parallel match, VfB Stuttgart dominated the game. Against Young Boys Bern, Stuttgart won 5:1 and improved to 26th place in the table, with Young Boys remaining at the bottom of the table.

Lukas Lakomy scored for Young Boys in the 6th minute, while Angelo Stiller (25th), Enzo Millot (53rd), Chris Führich (61st), Josha Vagnoman (65th), and Yannik Keitel (76th) scored for Stuttgart.
