Ukrainians and Russians exchange prisoners of war.

Ukraine and Russia have agreed to exchange prisoners, where 76 Ukrainians were released to Kiev.

The news was also confirmed by the Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, who admitted that the Russians handed over 60 Ukrainian soldiers as well as 16 civilians.

For this exchange, the Ukrainians have been forced to give the Russians 10 senior military officials who were captured in different areas during the fighting.

Recall that this is the fifth exchange that is taking place between the Ukrainian and Russian sides, where so far hundreds of captured soldiers and civilians have returned to their families – that is, from both sides.
