Twitter files a lawsuit against Elon Musk.

Twitter has filed a lawsuit against American billionaire Elon Musk, trying to force him to buy this social network.

This action comes at a time when Musk announced that he will leave this deal, which was made public that it captures the amount of 44 billion dollars.

One of his reasons was that Twitter has not provided information on the number of fake accounts on this platform.

Now Twitter has asked the court in Delaware to order the richest man in the world to fulfill the obligation, and pay the promised amount as it was foreseen in the contract.

In the lawsuit, there is a long list of things that, according to Twitter, Musk did not adhere to the agreement.

The head of the board on Twitter, Bret Taylor, has announced that Musk has a contract which obliges him to respect it, and if such a thing does not happen, we ask the court to treat the case as a priority.
