The Russian army has equipment problems

Despite the fact that since the beginning of the war in Ukraine it was constantly reported that Putin’s army has many problems – starting from rusty weapons, old uniforms and torn boots, today the Kremlin has officially accepted this.

It has been announced from Moscow today that the Russian army has problems with equipment, as the Russian President Vladimir Putin recently alluded to this issue.

“You have all heard what the president said in the Security Council. There were indeed problems with the equipment,” said Dmitry Peskov, Kremlin spokesman, today.

According to him, some of the problems still exist, but they are being “solved”.

“Measures are being taken to eliminate those problems,” Peskov added.

We remember that Putin said last night that “the equipment of the Russian army must be modern, to meet the criteria for military operations in Ukraine”.

He also called on the Russian government to make “faster decisions” on the production of new military equipment.
